This division was established to maintain our loyal warranty to all our clients. With the growth of INOX over the years, our maintenance team has gained recognition outside our existing client base. Our maintenance department is fast-growing with a team of a total of 14 technicians is expanding in conjunction with the growing client base of INOX and demand across the region for maintenance contracts. A maintenance team is assigned to our large projects on a 7/24 hrs. basis.
Our Sales team is involved with our clients throughout the whole end-to-end service which INOX provides to all clients. Our sales team continuously attends training courses at some of the World’s largest supplier bases and are well-positioned to give all our clients the right solutions to their concepts and plans. Our operations division works “behind closed doors” ensuring internal operations are smooth and in line with the other departments. Our procurement and purchasing department is highly experienced and trained to ensure there are no setbacks on our services and products across our clients. Our operations team is also responsible for ensuring that INOX’s relationships with suppliers and partners are strong and maintained over the long run. This team is additionally responsible for procurement and planning and works closely with the engineering department on large-scale projects.
This department is one of the key divisions as it is responsible for all projects to follow its distinctive timeline. This team connects all departments together through project management to ensure projects are delivered to our clients without delays. INOX’s Project managers play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects. This team is accountable for the entire project scope, the project team, and resources. A project manager is typically assigned for large-scale projects given the requirements and extra due diligence.
